5.1 The business plan is approved by senior management and the CEO of the organisation

5.2 The business plan, strategy and outcomes are communicated throughout the workforce and to relevant external organisations

6. Monitor, evaluate and update the business plan

6.1 Performance criteria and targets are measured against business plan outcomes

6.2 The outcomes are reviewed and the business plan is adjusted

6.3 Reports to management and feedback to management, persons involved and clients are provided
